In Snohomish County, the Superior Court Clerk’s Office partners with the Washington State Archives to provide an online database of court records created from 1950 until the present date. To view court records on the platform, inquirers must provide the case number or specific keywords related to the court case.

However, frequent record seekers may use the county’s Odyssey portal to view court case information. To use the portal, record seekers must create an account and choose a preferred subscription package. Unlike the Washington Archives, this platform allows name-based searches for court records.

Note: These search portals do not offer access to sealed or restricted court records, and juvenile court records are also exempt from these portals. To access confidential court information, requesters must directly contact the courthouse or court clerk responsible for maintaining it.
