Visits should be made between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Requesters may fill out and submit the Copy Request form at the Clerk’s Office or Use the public terminals available to look up records on the OnBase database. Record seekers will require the case number to look up records using the public terminals.

Case numbers can be found using the Odyssey Search Portal. Uncertified copies of records cost $0.50 per page for physical copies and $0.25 per page if the record is delivered by email. Certified copies cost $5 for the first page and $1 for each additional page per document. Payment is accepted in cash, cashier’s checks, money orders, and credit and debit cards. A convenience fee will be charged on all card payments at the Clerk’s Office.

Mailed Requests

Mailed requests can be made by downloading and filling out the Copy Request Form and sending it to the clerk’s office at:

The form can also be submitted via email to copyrequests@clark.wa.gov. Mailed requests should include a self-addressed and stamped envelope to return the record, or an additional $2 handling fee will be charged.

Mailed records cost $0.50 per page for uncertified paper copies and $0.25 per page for emailed copies. Certified copies cost $5 for the first page and $1 for each subsequent page. Requests with no case number provided may be charged a $30 search fee. Payment can be made using cashier’s checks or money orders. Record seekers will typically receive a response to their request within five business days.
